Jordan-Leigh O'Connor
Founder & Mat Pilates instructor

 

Jordan is a Body Control instructor as well as the founder of Cape Towns's first ever Infrared Hot Pilates Studio. Jordan's journey to founding the studio started with her extensive experience in the yachting industry over the past eight years. While navigating the high seas, Jordan discovered her deep passion for movement and exercise, which became a central part of her life. Her nurturing personality and ability to create a family-like environment wherever she went inspired her to translate these qualities into a new venture. Jordan brings a fast paced energy to her classes combining HIT and Pilates together.

Robyn Henderson
Mat  Pilates instructor

Robyn is an Occupational Therapist and certified BASI Pilates instructor with one year of teaching experience. Passionate about the mind-body connection, she combines core Pilates principles with creative flows. Robyn’s classes focus on full-body strength, alignment, breathing cues, and core engagement. She brings a positive, approachable energy to each session, making them both effective and enjoyable. Her goal is to help you improve posture, build strength, and leave feeling empowered.

Camryn

My love for movement began early—I was a competitive dancer and gymnast throughout school. Pushing my body to its limits came with challenges, including injuries that impacted my training. Pilates became my path to recovery, helping me build strength, restore alignment, and improve my overall movement quality. In my year of teaching, I’ve developed a passion for helping others move with strength and confidence. My teaching style is precise yet flowing, focusing on building a balanced body while preventing injuries.

Yessica is an international fitness instructor who recently relocated to Cape Town. With over nine years of experience teaching yoga, Pilates, and Barre, she is energetic, creative, and a free spirit. Her classes follow Pilates principles while remaining dynamic and rhythmical. She loves upbeat music, and her sequences bring the fire to every session!
