1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Sculpted Powerhouse, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

2. Health and Safety
Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. By attending classes, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating.

3. Liability Waiver
Sculpted Powerhouse and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or after classes. Participation is at your own risk.

4. Refund Policy

At Sculpted Powerhouse, all purchases are final. Refunds are not permitted for any sessions or packages. We encourage clients to review their bookings carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

5. Class Attendance and no-show for unlimited packages.
If a client books a class for a specific day and time but does not attend or provide 12 hours notice notice, their session will automatically be forfeited. This strict policy is in place to allow space for other clients. There are no refunds, and unused sessions do not carry over to the following month. If you have a unlimited group class package and you are a no-show it will result in a R150 penalty fee.

6. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure during your visit.

7. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected from all participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

8. Modifications and Changes
Sculpted Powerhouse reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and policies as necessary.

9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your data with third parties.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

11. Amendments
We may update these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
